If you want to live in Florida, then you should certainly begin researching areas to live and work? As Florida does not have a standardized form of public transportation, and areas are far apart, you will definitely need to consider time and distance when buying a home and business. For those with children, schools accept children based on zoning. A zone is an area within a zip code or postal code that the County and State have designated specifically for those who live within it. If you should have a child that is specialized in an area of academics, you should research the school that you would like them to attend, and then apply for “Out of Zoning”. This will allow you to live in one area and have your child attend school in another area. Also, if you have children, make sure that you speak with their current school and get some form of proof of their education. This can help as some may need to be moved up a level in school?
